Because every situation evolves, our support naturally adapts over time.
Follow-up and Service Adjustment
For ongoing support, a minimum commitment of 4 weeks may be recommended to ensure consistency and quality of care.
Needs are reassessed every 4 to 6 weeks to adjust the support as the situation evolves.
Service terms can be modified at any time by mutual agreement, with reasonable notice.
